Simon Property announces plans to price three-part offering of notes

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 15 – Simon Property Group LP plans to sell three tranches of notes, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

All three tranches have a make-whole call and then a par call.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. and U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc. are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general business purposes, including debt repayment.

The real estate investment trust for retail properties is based in Indianapolis.
