Moody’s revises Simon view to negative

Moody’s Investors Service said it revised the outlook for Simon Property Group LP to negative from stable.

“The outlook has been revised to negative due to the high likelihood that further deterioration in the retail environment, because of the coronavirus pandemic, would pressure Simon Property's revenue, income and leverage metrics,” said Moody’s in a press release.

Moody’s also affirmed Simon’s ratings as well as those of Simon International Finance, SCA and Simon Property Group, Inc.
