Simmons Bedding extends loan, notes forbearance agreement to Aug. 14

New York, June 30 - Simmons Bedding Co. reached an agreement with the majority of its senior bank lenders and 7.875% senior subordinated noteholders to extend their forbearance period to Aug. 14 from June 30, according to a news release.

The loan forbearance extension is subject to the company meeting certain conditions by July 31.

Simmons is an Atlanta-based mattress manufacturer.
