Simbhaoli Sugars plans board meeting to consider issuing convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 9 - Simbhaoli Sugars Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will vote on a proposal to issue convertible securities at a board of directors meeting on Nov. 11.

The company also is considering issuing warrants and depositary receipts.

Simbhaoli is a Simbhaoli, India-based sugar refiner.
