Silverline Technologies to issue convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., July 20 - Silverline Technologies Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will issue convertible bonds.

The company approved the proposal at a board meeting on Friday.

Proceeds will be used for corporate structuring, acquisitions and working capital.

At the meeting, the board members also short-listed three North American companies for acquisitions.

Silverline Technologies is a consulting and information technology service provider based in Dhokali, India.
