New Issue: JPMorgan prices $2.1 million 8.25% upside autocallable notes on Silver Wheaton

By Marisa Wong

Madison, Wis., July 3 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $2.1 million of 8.25% upside autocallable reverse exchangeable notes due July 6, 2015 linked to the common stock of Silver Wheaton Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable monthly.

The notes will be called at par plus accrued interest if Silver Wheaton stock closes at or above the initial share price on any of two quarterly call dates.
