SI International files $145.86 million shelf registration

Des Moines, Nov. 14 - SI International Inc. filed a $145.862 million shelf registration in an S-3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The registration covers common stock, preferred stock, depositary shares, warrants and debt securities. The securities may be structured as convertibles.

The filing includes some unsold securities from a previous shelf.

Proceeds will be used for repayment of debt, acquisitions, working capital and general corporate purposes.

Based in Reston, Va., SI provides information technology and network solutions, primarily to the federal government.
