SIGA Technologies reports $2.66 million net loss for February

New York, March 15 – SIGA Technologies, Inc. reported a $2,663,535 net loss on $310,462 in revenue for February, according to its monthly operating report filed Tuesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

The company saw a $2.86 million net loss on $304,109 in revenue for January.

The operating loss for February was $2,076,512, down from January’s $2.86 million operating loss.

Cash and cash equivalents totaled $111,871,297. In January, the company had $110.15 million of cash and equivalents.

Based in New York, SIGA Technologies develops and commercializes solutions for serious unmet medical needs and biothreats. The company filed for bankruptcy on Sept. 16, 2014, under the Chapter 11 case number 14-12623.
