Sidley Austin adds Ram Burshtine as global finance practice partner

Minneapolis, Nov. 26 - Sidley Austin LLP announced that Ram Burshtine has joined the firm's New York office as a partner in the global finance practice

Burshtine's practice focuses on leveraged domestic and cross-border acquisition and recapitalization financing transactions, including leveraged and investment-grade financing, leveraged cash flow and asset-based syndicated credit facilities, first- and second-lien secured facilities, unitranche loans and senior and mezzanine transactions, according to a press release.

He also advises clients in connection with debt restructuring, debtor-in-possession credit facilities and exit financing.
