Moody's changes SID outlook to stable

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed the Ba1 issuer rating and Ba1 senior debt rating of SID banka, dd, Ljubljana and changed its outlook to stable from negative.

SID banka is a government-owned specialized development bank whose liabilities benefit from a government guarantee, the agency said. The outlook change follows the change of the outlook on Slovenia's Ba1 government bond rating to stable on Jan. 24.
