Moody's rates SID Banka notes Aa2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a rating of Aa2 to the prospective senior debt issue of €750 million in medium-term notes by SID Banka dd.

The outlook is stable.

Moody's said the five-year notes represent senior unsecured obligations of the bank and are therefore rated at the same level as the bank's Aa2 issuer rating.

SID Banka is considered to be a government-related issuer, the agency said, and its rating takes into account a statutory guarantee by the government of Slovenia that encompasses all liabilities, including bond issues.
