Sicpa to start roadshow Friday for €160 million seven-year notes

St. Louis, June 17 - Sicpa will start a roadshow Friday in Europe for a €160 million offering of seven-year senior notes, according to an informed source.

The deal is expected to price late in the week of June 21 or early in the following week.

Credit Suisse First Boston and BNP Paribas are joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A/Regulation S offering.

The notes will come with three years of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to repay bank debt.

Sicpa is a Lausanne, Switzerland, ink manufacturer.
