Russia's Sibacadembank starts roadshow in Boston for dollar-denominated three-year notes

By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, May 2 - Russia's JSC Sibacadembank began marketing a dollar-denominated offering of three-year fixed-rate notes (B1//B) at an investor presentation in Boston on Tuesday, according to a market source.

Subsequent presentations are set for Wednesday in Switzerland and Thursday in London.

ABN Amro and Citigroup are joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering, which is being marketed via the company's loan participation notes program.

The prospective issuer is a full-service bank with headquarters in Novosibirsk, Russia.
