New Issue: Russia's SibAcademBank reopens bonds due 2008 to add $75 million

New York, Dec. 1 - JSC SibAcademBank reopened its 9¾% loan participation notes due May 19, 2008 to add $75 million, according to a statement by Dresdner Bank AG, who issued the notes.

The add-on priced at 101½ via Dresdner.

This brings the total size of the issue to $175 million.

SibAcademBank is a private Russian bank based in Novosibirsk.
