Lithuania’s Siauliu bankas outlines proposed bond offerings in 2024

Chicago, March 6 – Siauliu bankas AB outlined its planned use of the debt capital markets in 2024 in a press release.

The bank is expecting to sell €25 million of subordinated bonds in the first half of the year.

Scheduled for the second half, the bank is planning a new bond issue for €250 million. The second issue will be used to redeem the €210 million of bonds issued in 2021 (ISIN: LT0000405771).

The prospective issuer will issue additional notices when appropriate.

The bank is based in Siauliai, Lithuania.
