Lithuania’s Siauliu bankas plans bond offerings for 2023

Los Angeles, May 2 – Siauliu bankas AB is considering an issuance of subordinated bonds under a new subordinated bonds program and an issuance of bonds under its €250 million euro medium-term note program.

The main purpose of the issuances is to meet MREL requirements set by the bank’s supervisory authority.

The bonds are expected to be issued by the end of 2023.

The Siauliai, Lithuania-based bank said it will make further announcements after decisions on a specific transaction are made.
