New Issue: Lithuania’s Siauliu Bankas prices €75 million 1.047% four-year preferred bonds

Concord, N.H., Sept. 29 – Siauliu Bankas AB priced €75 million 1.047% four-year senior preferred bonds to yield mid-swaps plus 140 basis points, according to a company release on Wednesday.

They are none callable for three years and will be listed on the Nasdaq Baltic Bond list.

They priced under the Siauliu, Lithuania-based lender’s new €250 million EMTN program dated Sept. 27.

The commercial bank is based in Siauliu, Lithuania.
