New Issue: Thailand’s Siam Cement issues 25 billion baht 3¼% four-year debentures

Morgantown, W.Va., April 3 – Siam Cement PCL announced it issued 25 billion baht of 3¼% four-year debentures on Monday.

The debentures will replace the company’s existing debentures due April 1, 2017.

The new debentures were sold to holders of the existing debentures that were redeemed on April 1 as well as to holders of the company’s other existing debentures and to individual investors who are not Siam Cement debentureholders.

Bank of Ayudhya PCL, Bangkok Bank PCL, Kasikorn PCL, Krung Thai Bank PCL and Siam Commercial Bank PCL are the underwriters.

The cement company is based in Bangkok.
