Thailand's Siam Cement offers 6.5 billion baht seven-year debentures

Madison, Wis., Oct. 15 - Siam Cement PCL announced that it offered 6.5 billion baht of seven-year debentures to institutional investors and high net worth investors.

The company's board of directors approved the debentures in August, and the Securities and Exchange Commission Thailand recently granted the company permission to offer the securities.

Following their issuance, the company will have a total of 126.5 billion baht of debentures outstanding.

The cement company is based in Bangkok.
