Shriram Transport could issue debt via placement, public sale

Olympia, Wash., March 1 – India’s Shriram Transport Finance Co. Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its banking and finance committee/debt issuance committee will meet in March to consider and approve a proposal to issue debt via private placement or public issue.

The Mumbai-based company provides financing for commercial vehicles.
