India’s Shriram Transport committee to consider sale of securities

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 1 – Shriram Transport Finance Co. Ltd. notified the Bombay Stock Exchange that it has scheduled an October meeting to consider the sale of securities.

The company’s banking and finance committee will consider raising funds by way of the issue of securities in the onshore or offshore market through a public issue or in a private placement, according to the notice.

The Mumbai-based company provides financing for commercial vehicles.
