New Issue: India’s Shriram Transport allots Rs. 150 million of debentures

Minneapolis, Dec. 28 – Shriram Transport Finance Co. Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its allotment committee met on Thursday and approved and allotted Rs. 150 million of unsecured redeemable nonconvertible debentures.

The 150 rated and listed debentures, with a face value of Rs. 1 million each, were issued on a private placement basis.

The Mumbai-based company provides financing for commercial vehicles.
