New Issue: India’s Shriram Transport allots Rs. 350 million of secured debentures

Minneapolis, Dec. 5 – Shriram Transport Finance Co. Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its allotment committee met on Tuesday and approved and allotted Rs. 350 million of 8.2% unsecured redeemable nonconvertible subordinated debentures.

The 350 rated and listed debentures, with a face value of Rs. 1 million each, were issued on a private placement basis.

The Mumbai-based company provides financing for commercial vehicles.
