New Issue: India’s Shriram Transport allots Rs. 1.75 billion of 7.92% debentures

New York, Nov. 28 – Shriram Transport Finance Co. Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it allotted Rs. 1.75 billion of secured redeemable nonconvertible debentures.

The debentures have a 7.92% coupon and mature after three years.

The securities were issued as a private placement.

The company provides financing for commercial vehicles and is based in Mumbai.
