India’s Shriram Transport may issue secured redeemable debentures

Chicago, Nov. 4 – Shriram Transport Finance Co. Ltd. notified the Bombay Stock Exchange that it may issue secured redeemable debentures in a private placement.

Shriram’s banking and finance committee will hold a meeting in November to consider the issue, according to a notice.

The company provides financing for commercial vehicles and is based in Mumbai.
