India's Shriram Transport may issue up to $60 million of convertibles

New York, Sept. 20 - Shriram Transport Finance Co. Ltd. said its board of directors has approved the issuance of up to $60 million of foreign-currency convertible bonds, American Depositary Receipts or Global Depositary Receipts.

Shriram Transport Finance, based in Chennai, India, provides lease financing for trucks.
