India’s Shriram Transport board to discuss raising funds on Monday

Olympia, Wash., June 12 – Shriram Transport Finance Co. Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors will meet on Monday to consider a proposal to raise funds.

The company may issue convertible bonds, warrants, equity shares, any other equity-linked securities and/or combination of securities.

The Mumbai-based company provides financing for commercial vehicles.
