Prospect News reports four new defaults for period of Dec. 18-Dec. 31

Pittsburgh, Jan. 2 – Prospect News reported four new defaults for the period of Dec. 18 through Dec. 31.

Specifically, Prospect News reported Southern Pacific Resource Corp.’s missed interest payment on its 6% convertible unsecured subordinated debentures due June 30, 2016, Shoreline Energy Corp.’s missed interest payment on its convertible debentures, iPayment Inc.’s distressed exchange related to its 10¼% senior notes due 2018 and 15% senior notes due 2018 and Balmoral Racing Club, Inc.’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing.

Prospect News has not reported any defaults so far in 2015.
