New Issue: Korea's Shinhan Bank sells $20 million 1-year notes at Libor plus 15 bps

New York, April 13 - Shinhan Bank said it priced $20 million of one-year floating-rate notes at par as part of its euro medium-term note program.

The notes will carry a coupon of three-month Libor plus 15 basis points.

Banc of America Securities LLC was the sole arranger.

Shinhan Bank, a major banking subsidiary of Shinhan Financial Group, is based in Korea.
