Lexington, Ky., April 12 – Shinhan Bank issued $500 million 4˝% senior gender equality social notes due April 12, 2028, according to a listing notice on Wednesday.
The Rule 144A and Regulation S notes were issued on April 12 and will be listed on the Singapore Exchange effective April 13.
Shinhan Bank is a lender based in Seoul, South Korea.
