New Issue: South Korea’s Shinhan Bank sells $500 million floaters due 2025

New York, April 24 – Shinhan Bank is listing $500 million of floating-rate notes due 2025 on the Singapore Stock Exchange, according to a notice on Friday.

HSBC Bank (Taiwan) Ltd., Citibank Taiwan Ltd., Credit Agricole CIB Taipei Branch, Bank of Taiwan, Bank SinoPac Co. Ltd., Cathay United Bank Co. Ltd., CTBC Bank Co. Ltd., E.SUN Commercial Bank Ltd., SinoPac Securities Corp., Taipei Fubon Commercial Bank Co. Ltd., Taishin International Bank Co. Ltd. and Yuanta Securities Co. Ltd. were lead managers and bookrunners of the Rule 144A and Regulation S notes.

Shinhan Bank is a lender based in Seoul, South Korea.
