Shingle Springs talks $450 million eight-year notes at 9¼%-9½%

St. Louis, June 20 - Shingle Springs Tribal Gaming set price talk for its $450 million offering of eight-year senior notes (B) at 9¼% to 9½% on Wednesday, according to a market source.

The notes, which are being offered via Rule 144A for life and Regulation S, are expected to price Thursday.

Morgan Stanley is the bookrunner. Wells Fargo Securities is the co-manager.

Proceeds will be used to fund construction of the Foothill Oaks Casino and to refinance debt.

The Shingle Springs tribe of Miwok Indians is located in Shingle Springs, Calif.
