China’s Shenzhen International plans dollar-denominated perpetuals

Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 16 – Shenzhen International Holdings Ltd. is proposing to issue dollar-denominated senior perpetual capital securities (Baa2), according to a company announcement.

The company has appointed HSBC, ING, MUFG, DBS, Morgan Stanley and UBS as joint lead managers and joint bookrunners for the Regulation S offering.

Proceeds will be used to invest in integrated logistic hubs, to repay some existing debt and for general working capital purposes.

Shenzhen International is a Hong Kong-based provider of logistics and transportation support services.
