Moody's rates Shaw notes Baa3

Moody's Investors Service said it rated Shaw Communications Inc.'s C$650 million 30-year senior unsecured notes Baa3.

Shaw's senior unsecured debt rating is Baa3.

The outlook is stable.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, working capital, capital expenditures and wireless investments.
