China's Shanshui Cement talks five-year notes to yield 10½%-10¾%

Portland, Ore., April 17 - China's Shanshui Cement talked a dollar-denominated offering of five-year senior notes (/BB-/BB-) to yield 10½% to 10¾% on Tuesday, according to a market source.

The deal could price as early as Wednesday.

Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, HSBC and JPMorgan are the joint bookrunners.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S notes come with three years of call protection.
