Fitch rates Shanghai Zendai notes B+

Fitch Ratings said it assigned final issue rating of B+ and recovery rating of 4 to the $150 million senior notes due 2012 issued by Shanghai Zendai Property Ltd. (rated B+ with stable view).

The final rating action follows the completion of the notes issue and receipt of documents conforming to information previously received. The final rating is the same as the expected rating assigned May 22.
