New Issue: Shanghai Pudong prices $300 million 1% notes due 2024

Detroit, Jan. 19 – Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd. has priced $300 million of 1% notes due Jan. 19, 2024 (Baa2), according to a market release.

The lead managers and bookrunners are Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd., Singapore Branch, DBS Bank Ltd., Bank of China Ltd., Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Ltd., Singapore Branch, Agricultural Bank of China Ltd., Singapore Branch, China Construction Bank Corp. Singapore Branch, Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. Hong Kong Branch, Credit Agricole CIB, Singapore Branch, CTBC Bank Co., Ltd., Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Ltd., Oversea Chinese Banking Corp. Ltd., United Overseas Bank Ltd., Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Ltd., Commerzbank AG, MUFG Securities Asia Ltd., Singapore Branch, Haitong International Securities (Singapore) Pte.
