France's SGD to roadshow €335 million notes starting Thursday

Portland, Ore., April 10 - SGD Group SAS (France) plans to start a roadshow for a €335 million offering of five-year senior secured notes on Thursday, according to a market source.

The roadshow wraps up on Wednesday in the week ahead and the deal is set to price thereafter.

Joint global coordinator JP Morgan will bill and deliver. Credit Suisse is also a joint global coordinator. BNP Paribas is the joint bookrunner.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S for life notes become callable after 1.5 years at par plus 75% of the coupon.

Proceeds will be used to refinance debt.

The prospective issuer is a Puteaux, France-based manufacturer of molded glass packaging for the pharmaceutical industry.
