New Issue: Citigroup sells $750,000 8.25% equity-linked securities on three stocks

Chicago, Feb. 17 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $750,000 of equity-linked securities due Sept. 8, 2023 tied to the least performing of the shares of Qualcomm Inc., ServiceNow, Inc. and Wells Fargo & Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The notes carry a coupon of 8.25% per year, payable monthly.

If each stock finishes at or above 60% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the final fixed coupon. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performer from its initial level.
