Moody's: Service unaffected

Moody's Investors Service said that Service Corp. International's announcement that it entered into an agreement to acquire Keystone North America Inc. will have no immediate impact on Service's Ba3 corporate family rating or stable outlook.

The last rating action on Service was in November 2008, when Moody's affirmed the corporate family rating and lowered the speculative-grade liquidity rating to SGL-2 from SGL-1.
