S&P says Service Corp. unchanged

Standard & Poor's said Service Corp. International's ratings including its corporate credit at BB- with a stable outlook are unaffected by the company's plan to tender for up to $150 million of its 6% senior unsecured notes.

The large funeral and cemetery provider currently has sufficient resources to undertake this transaction without compromising its credit profile, S&P said.
