Serbia plans offering of euro-denominated notes

New York, June 10 – The Republic of Serbia plans to issue new euro-denominated notes concurrently with a partial tender of two existing series of notes, according to a notice.

The tender for up to $700 million of its 4 7/8% notes due 2020 and up to $400 million of its 7¼% notes due 2021 is subject to completion of the new notes, which are expected to settle on June 27.

BNP Paribas, Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch and J.P. Morgan Securities plc are acting as dealer managers of the transactions.
