Serbia arranges investor calls for two-tranche benchmark offer

Chicago, Jan. 18 – The Republic of Serbia (Ba2/BB+/BB+) mandated bookrunners to arrange an investor call for a two-part benchmark offer, according to a source.

The republic is planning a long five-year note and a 10-year note.

BNP Paribas, BofA Securities, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank and J.P. Morgan are the bookrunners.

The investor call was held on Wednesday for the dollar-denominated Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
