Serbia intends to sell dollar-denominated notes to fund tender offer

Chicago, Nov. 16 – The Republic of Serbia joined the new issue calendar on Monday with a proposed offering of dollar-denominated notes.

Proceeds will be used to fund a concurrent tender offer.

The new notes are expected to price at the conclusion of the tender offer, after Nov. 23.
