Sentinel shareholders do not approve Crow Point as sub-adviser

By Toni Weeks

San Diego, Oct. 28 - Sentinel Mid Cap Value Fund's shareholders did not approve a new investment sub-advisory agreement between Sentinel Asset Management, Inc. and Crow Point Partners, LLC at an Oct. 24 meeting, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Crow Point, the fund's interim sub-adviser, will remain in that position but not beyond Jan. 13. In the meantime, Sentinel and the board of directors of the fund will consider what action to take on behalf of obtaining a permanent sub-adviser for the fund.

The fund is distributed by Montpelier, Vt.-based Sentinel Financial Services Co.
