Seminole Hard Rock to start roadshow Wednesday for $500 million seven-year floaters

St. Louis, Feb. 13 - Seminole Hard Rock Entertainment Inc. will begin a roadshow on Wednesday for its $500 million offering of first-priority senior secured notes (B1/BB), according to an informed source.
The roadshow is scheduled to end on March 5.
Merrill Lynch & Co. has the books for the Rule 144A for life note offering.
The notes will come with two years of call protection.
Proceeds will be used to help fund the Seminole Tribe of Florida's acquisition of Hard Rock International from The Rank Group.
