New Issue: Singapore's Sembcorp prices S$200 million 5% perpetual notes at par

Atlanta, Aug. 14 - Singapore's Sembcorp Industries Ltd. priced S$200 million 5% perpetual notes at par to yield 5%, a market source said.

DBS Bank, HSBC and Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. were the bookrunners for the deal.

Sembcorp is an engineering and construction contractor in Singapore.
