Des Moines, March 3 - ATW Venture Corp. arranged a private placement of units for up to C$9.5 million.
The company plans to sell up to 10 million units of one share and one transferable warrant at C$0.95 per unit. Each warrant will be exercisable for two years, at C$1.35 in the first year and at C$1.50 in the second year.
PI Financial Corp. is the lead agent.
Proceeds will be used for the company's Burnakura Gold Mine as well as for increased exploration, potential acquisitions and working capital.
ATW is a gold mining company based in Vancouver, B.C.
