Moody’s cut mortgage covered bonds issued by Akbank TAS, Turkiye Garanti Bankasi AS, Turkiye Vakiflar Bankasi TAO, Yapi ve Kredi Bankasi AS to Ba3 from Ba2 and SME covered bonds issued by Sekerbank TAS to Ba3 from Ba2.
