Seitel restructuring deadline extended to Feb. 28
New York, Feb. 14 - Seitel, Inc. said it agreed with its noteholders on a further extension to the deadline for reaching a deal on restructuring its $255 million of senior notes.
The Houston seismic information company must now reach agreement by Feb. 28.
The standstill agreement with noteholders had previously set a limit of Feb. 14 after being extended twice from Jan. 31.
